When is Out of Time shutting down?
Out of Time will remain playable until June 30, 2026.
After that date, the game will no longer be accessible.

Why is Out of Time shutting down?
We had big ambitions for Out of Time; a fractured world where the past, present, and future collide, where squads play together, fight against the tangle, and experiment with unique builds.
Unfortunately, Out of Time did not find the commercial success needed for us to continue supporting it in the way it deserves.

Can I still play before June 30?
Yes.
Out of Time will remain playable through the end of June. You can keep running zones, playing with friends, testing builds, chasing loot, and spending your remaining time in Infinitopia until the servers go offline.

What happens on June 30?
On June 30, 2026, Infinitopia will be consumed by the Shattering and Out of Time will no longer be accessible.
After that date, players will no longer be able to log in or play the game.

Will Out of Time be playable offline?
No.
Out of Time requires online services to run, so the game will not be playable offline after shutdown.

What happens to my characters, gear, progression, and account?
Your characters, gear, mastery, titles, unlocks, and progression will remain available while the game is live.
After shutdown, Out of Time will no longer be accessible, which means that progress and account data will no longer be usable in-game.

Will there be any more updates?
There will be no further updates to Out of Time. 

Can I still buy Out of Time?
New purchases are no longer available.
Please check the Steam and Epic Games Store pages for the most up-to-date availability.

Will I get a refund?
Refund eligibility depends on where and when you purchased the game.
For purchases made through Steam or the Epic Games Store, refund requests are handled directly through those platforms and are subject to their refund policies.

What happens to DLC, supporter packs, or extra content I purchased?
Purchased content will remain usable while Out of Time is live.
After the shutdown date, the game will no longer be accessible, which means purchased in-game content will no longer be usable, however, the Soundtrack and Artbook will remain accessible. 

Can I still redeem keys?
Key redemption may remain available while the game is still live.
That said, we do not recommend purchasing or redeeming new keys after the sunset announcement unless you understand that Out of Time will shut down on June 30, 2026.

Will achievements still work?
Achievements should continue to work while the game remains live.
After shutdown, players will no longer be able to launch the game to earn additional achievements.

What happens to the Out of Time Discord?
The Discord will remain open for now so players can ask questions, share memories, and stay updated.
If that changes, we’ll let the community know.

Will the Steam page stay up?
The Steam page may remain visible for players who already own the game, but Out of Time will no longer be playable after shutdown.
Store availability may change as we get closer to June 30.

Can I still stream or make videos?
Yes.
Players are welcome to stream, record, post clips, and share memories from Out of Time while the game is still live.

Is there any chance Out of Time comes back?
We don’t have plans to bring Out of Time back after shutdown.

It does not affect Manticore, Core, or any other projects unless stated otherwise.
